When I was searching for "Episode 37" I should have selected "Exact Phrase" in the search page to narrow down my results.  I missed it while zoomed in, as I often do.

Zoom really makes me do weird things.  When looking at setting up the menu item in Joomla, Parent Item should be set to "Top", not "Carrie's Blog".
