  • Using Ubuntu's "Hardware Drivers" dialogue to install non-free drivers for devices such as ATI or nVidia graphics cards or PCI wireless devices.
  • Viewer Question:  I heard about a virus attacking Facebook profiles.  I also heard from a friend that they got a virus by opening a video they received by email.  How are these viruses being developed, and what is the point?  Who is benefiting from these viruses?
  • A few ways you can protect yourself from virus tricks on MSN, instant messenger, and email when using Windows.
  • Viewer Question:  How can you make a DVD disk from an AVI file, or multiple AVI files?  (Already covered: See Episode 27)
  • Mounting an ISO file to your CD/DVD drive mount point in Linux so you can test a disk before burning it.
  • Using Category5's internal search engine to find past topics covered on the show.
  • Viewer Question:  I'm planning to build my first computer and had a few questions.  Should I go with an AMD or Intel processor?  Although I don't need something as big as the Xaser VI, what chassis would you recommend?  Do you like the Thermaltake Armor+ MX?  What resource can I use to find an appropriate motherboard for my new system build?
  • Viewer Question:  I just realized that my computer has two SATA ports on the motherboard, but when the manufacturer built my PC, they used the eIDE channel.  Is there a way to convert the SATA ports to eSATA so I can connect a couple of external SATA hard drives?
  • Viewer Question:  Can you daisy-chain SATA drives?
  • Feature:  18 Linux games that are freely available and easily installable using Synaptic Package Manager.
