Category5 Technology TV is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution.

It may be possible to receive an exception to the following license guidelines.  If your project is in any way hindered by the statements below, please contact us with your specific requirements for consideration.

You may copy, share, transmit, broadcast, edit/remix, redistribute and convert any Category5 Technology TV content (video, images, and text), as long as the end result shows clearly the web site address Category5.tv.  For video, this may be in the form of a modified ticker, replacing/covering our own, as long as the web site address Category5.tv displays for a minimum of 8 seconds and at an interval of a minimum of once every 40 seconds for video, and clearly displayed on textual pages without video.

You may convert, edit and redistribute Category5 Technology TV videos as audio as long as all other conditions within this license agreement are met, save a Category5.tv graphic, which is not possible in the case of audio.  For audio, you are required to narrate an introduction to the audio clip in such a way that the web site address Category5.tv is stated at the beginning of the audio.  You may follow the remixing guidelines below for some suggestions on the content of such audio, with the additional requirement of stating the web site address Category5.tv.  Should the audio clip be longer than 90 seconds, additional audible mentions of the web site address Category5.tv must be embedded at an interval of every 90 seconds.  

You may edit/remix Category5 Technology TV videos.  Any editing of Category5 Technology TV videos in the form of an interview, or where a host introduction is possible, the introduction should be made as follows, with your own "flare":  "Here is what Robbie Ferguson from Category5 Technology TV has to say about it..." or "Here's Robbie Ferguson from Category5 Technology TV."  In addition, the web site address Category5.tv must be displayed during the clip.

You may link to any page within Category5.tv's web site from your own web site or space within another web site (eg. MySpace, Facebook, etc.)

You may embed video content into your own web site as is.  You may obtain the embed code by viewing the source of the page within Category5.tv on which the video is featured.  You may modify the code so long as the video itself remains intact.

You may not manipulate Category5 Technology TV text or videos to make it appear as though Category5 Technology TV, Robbie Ferguson, or our partners directly (personally) support or endorse your particular product and/or use of video and/or text obtained from Category5.tv in any way that misleads the viewer/reader.  Quotes and video clips are to be taken in context and not skewed to your purpose in any way that defaces the actual meaning of the original video / text.
