1. When I try to watch the show on Windows or older versions of Linux, I just get a black window. Your Flash player plugin is out of date. Category5 Technology TV requires Flash 9+. [Click Here] to download the installer. It's free. 2. The show skips / buffers while I am trying to watch it. This may be due to your Internet connection. The streaming version of Category5 (either live or on demand) is not supported on dialup, 2G, slower satellite connections or highspeed "light" services. A true highspeed connection is required for our streaming video. If you have highspeed but are connecting to your Internet connection via wireless, try disabling your computer's wireless connection and connecting directly to your router with an ethernet cable. If, when connected via ethernet, you are then able to watch the show with no buffering, the issue is your wireless network. If all else fails or you simply do not have a fast enough connection, try viewing the show using one of the non-streaming, non-live methods, such as [Buy the DVDs] or [Subscribe to the RSS], which will do even for dialup users. 3. The chat room doesn't work. The most likely cause of this problem is that your version of the Flash player plugin is out of date. Follow the directions in #1 above to install the latest version, or alternatively you may use an IRC chat program to connect to the chat room. The Live Chat page contains the IRC chat room information at the bottom of the page.
